We have a winner in the mystery photo contest! Lynne from the UK guessed correctly! It is indeed oil seed rape...which is made into Cannola Oil. Here it will be used for biodeisel purposes.

We saw huge fields of this in the Czech Republic, which is also a producer of Cannola Oil. Love your pics!
