Gosh, I missed all this with the time difference. I am glad you are enjoying the sight of it. It certainly is spectacular, but I always feel a bit sad seeing huge fields of it. I'd rather see wheat or barley any day, even if they are less photogenic. Great shots of it, with that blue sky complementing it so well. I can only hope they've improved the processing of the oil, too - the one and only time I bought it it had such a strong flavour it put me off for life. But I have heard and read positive things, so it was probably a one-off bad experience.
