Hi! Today`s Featured Stamper is angelladcrockett. I just had to pick another card to case! I chose this one for my second card.

Angela`s Card

I made my card more CAS. I have one layer with the middle portion embossed with Swiss Dots. I changed my images to circles and limited my embellishments to three pink candy dots. Congrats again Angella! Thanks for peeking and have a wonderful day!
Hi! This is a double challenge card. First it qualifies for yesterday`s Inspiration Challenge which was to be inspired by the Olympic skaters costumes. I used this cute digi stamp from Prairie Fairy. Sarah Meier and her gorgeous costume spoke to me. You can see it here.

Today`s Featured stamper is angelladcrockett. WOOT! I love her style! She is so deserving of this honor! Her gallery is absolutely filled with eye candy and she is a geuinely beautiful person...inside and out! So enjoy your week Angella! I finally chose this card to case.
Angella`s Card

I kept the color Kraft but changed my accents to yellow and corals. Rather than cutting my fairy out I used a nestie so she could be sitting on clouds. I changed my ribbon placement and added a flower. I added embossing and pearls to the side of the card and envelope rather than the entire base. Hope she likes my A is for Angella Fairy. I personalized it by adding the A. Its difficult to see but she has glitter on her dress and wings. Thanks for peeking and have a fabulous Sunday!!
Hi Sis!!!!!!
Hi! I received this sweet card from Mothermark (Cindy) yesterday. She did this card in honor of me being Featured Stamper last Sunday. I just hate that pictures do not do these cards justice! We have a joke in our family using this very sentiment so how special is this! I love it gf and treasure our friendship!!
I received this oh so precious card from Mutnik (Cathy)! I am so proud to own one of her creations! She did this in honor of me being Featured Stamper last Sunday. The image is adorable and is hard to see in the photo but it is embossed! And I so love this sentiment! Thank you so much Cathy!!! This is such a you card! It will be going up on my wall of fame!!

Hi Peeps! Felt this post deserved a special color! I have been asked by Betsy ,creator and designer of Innovative Stamp Creations to be a Guest Creative Architect for March-April! She has some beautiful stamps and I cannot wait to get started! I felt very honored to be asked by her. Her talent is overwhelming! So watch my posts here on my blog as I will be using her stamps on some of my cards...will always tell you when. Thanks! Had to share my news with you!! Talk soon! Hugs and have a beautiful and creative day!!
Hi Sis!!!!!!!!
Hi! New challenge on Fridays! Free For All. We never know what it may be. Today`s was to use texture, one color we do not normally use, and we could use an option to use printed paper. I did all three. My texture is my embossed panel and envelope, and my pure embellishment. I do not normally use purple for a panel or envelope color. And there is printed paper on the pure embellishment. Very CAS card...wanted the main focus to be this adorable picture of our gd. This is when she was younger but it is one of my favorite pictures of her. Thanks for looking and have a fabulous day!
An exciting announcement in a few!

Hi! This is the card I did for today`s Way to Use It challenge ~ To use lace. This was an easy one! And fun. I used this lovely flower basket image from Inkadinkado. I used the top note die and colored with Copic Markers and did some sponging. I popped up both layers today. The base is textured Bazzill. The coral cs is Core'dinations cs and I sanded it. Added my lace, a prima flower, pearls, and an SU butterfly. I love how this turned out! May have some exciting news later!!
Hi Sis!!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate your gesture more than you know! Bonnie does fabulous work in so many areas! She is known for her gorgeous flower creations. Hi! This is the card I did for today`s sketch challenge which Dara is hostessing today. Thank you for filling in for Roxie! Fun sketch! I tweaked mine a bit to fit my image. I flipped it and changed my card to a square. This is another fabulous digi image by Prairie Fairy. I cut it out with a nestie and sponged. I then colored with Copic Markers and popped it up. My entire card has been distressed and inked. I pierced both corners. The inside has one pink triangle like the outside. Left a sentiment off until I know what I am using it for. Thanks for peeking and I hope you like it!
Hi SIS!!!!!!!

Tuesday, February 23, 2010

Hi! This is a triple challenge card today. First it is for today`s color challenge. We had several choices based on the Olympic colors. I chose Event 1. Choose one color and one neutral. I chose red and white. I used the dessert option which was to use bronze, silver, or gold. Well I want to go all the way so I chose gold! The second challenge is for Teapot Tuesday. Today we need to bring Abner some color because he is sick of white, white, white! But we need to add color a bit slowly so he is not overwhelmed so I chose red and metallic gold since we are dealing with Olympics in this challenge as well! This won`t make much sense unless you read this.

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/fo...d.php?t=481437

The third challenge is MOJO Monday which is a sketch challenge ~ MOJO127. This can be found here.

http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/

I obviously chose the square version because it is hip to be square! LOL I stamped my flowers and had my sentiment be the focal point today. I used a metallic pen for the centers of the flowers. The cool red paper is shiny and looks almost like snake skin! I got it from Paula`s Kit Club. The white panel was run through SU`s Finnial Press EB folder. My ribbon is sheer and I added a bow made with bow easy and added a rhinestone. The gold is a metallic gold paper from PTI and was used for a layer and for the punched butterfly from MS.I added rhinestones for the body. Finished it off with gold dots and stamped a matching flower on the inside.

Thanks for peeking and I hope you like it! Comments always appreciated. Have a fabulous day! May be back with another one...time permitting. :-)

Many people have asked how to make these Easter cuties. I had a paper piecing pattern which is so worn I cannot tell the company that put them out. However, you can accomplish these pretty easily without.
Let`s start with the lamb. The head is an oval punch. The ears a tag punch. The hoofs are a small circle punch with a v cut out. The head fur is a cloud template but this would not be difficult to just cut out. The nose is a heart punch. The rest of the face is just drawn on and the cheeks are sponged for the blush.
The chick face could be done using a circle and cutting notches on each side. The feather is a large flower just using 3 petals. The nose is a triangle. The bow is just 2 very small circles and 2 leaves. The arms can easily either be drawn and cut or just freehand cut. They do not need to be perfect! Draw the rest of the face on.
The bunny has a circle face, heart nose, jelly bean arms, and the ears just cut. These are fun to do and you can change up the shape and/or size of any of these. Hope this helps some!
You may be able to google paper piecing patterns and find some companies that still sell them. I believe they are still popular especially for scrapbooking. :-)
So, Sabrina mentioned she hoped my cleaning didn`t turn into anything more. Well I do actually have a broken tooth and a filling adjacent to it. But our dentist stays so booked there is no way he could have done it today. My next appointment is not until the middle of April! Thank goodness it does not hurt right?
Danny goes to the eye doctor tomorrow (I gave him my appointment...did not really need to go until next year) and then he has an xray on Wednesday to see if his cast can come off! I hope so!
Phew! So now back to my cards! And cards are still being made in honor of me being featured stamper! I am having so much fun with that! And I am very appreciative!!
These 4.25" cards are double challenge cards The first challenge is today`s Technique challenge which is ~ It`s In the Pieces We were to use punched art, die cuts to create a scene Well I wanted to keep my cards CAS because the cards are also for today`s CAS challenge ~ A Makeover I chose this card to redo

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...;ppuser=105943

I like this card but wanted an Easter theme with no embellishments except for the daisies on the inside of the cards. My Easter friends were punched and pieced. Hope you like them! Thanks for coming by!
Watch for blog candy! When Danny`s cast comes off I will be adding some!
Just a quick post this morning to thank those of you who played along with the featured stamper yesterday! I had intended to case one of my own cards but it truly took me all day and night to leave comments, answer pm`s, and emails. I am not complaining mind you! I feel so honored to have been chosen. And so many of you said such lovely things about me...I cried quite a bit!
I will be back this afternoon with a CAS challenge and Technique challenge card. ( I have a few ideas rolling around! ) I have a dentist appointment at 11:30 so that is breaking up my day. It is just for a cleaning so I should not be gone long. I know my dogs hope not! Hope everyone has a fabulous Monday! It was raining here but now looks like it may be clearing.
Talk to you soon! Hi Sis!!

Saturday, February 20, 2010

OMG!!!!! I have been gone all day. We went to my favorite local stamp store today and I picked up a few goodies. Then we went grocery shopping out of town. We had a nice sushi dinner and watched movies. So needless to say I did not do a card today. So I thought I would check early to see if Featured Stamper was up....it`s me!!!! So many people had private messaged me to let me know. I started crying!! You girls have made my year at SCS. I am so excited!!!!!! Can`t wait to see the cards!!!! What an honor. I probably won`t sleep a wink!!!
Hi SIS!!! Can you tell I am excited?????????? Love ya!!!!

Friday, February 19, 2010

Hi! This is a double challenge card. First it qualifies for yesterday`s Way to Use It challenge which was to use the color orange. I did and happen to like the color! Seems I am in the minority. :-) It is also for today`s Limited Supply challenge which was to use a border punch and ribbon. My border punch is from SU and I used it inside and out. My image is a digi stamp from Prairie Fairy and I cut it out with a nestie and sponged and colored with Copics. I added a ribbon and rhinestones. The leaf branch stamp on the inside and envelope is from PTI. I also pierced the one corner at an angle. Hope you like it! Thanks for looking and have a fabulous Friday!!

Thursday, February 18, 2010

Hi All! Sorry I don`t have a card for you today and my dog tale story was postponed due to a worry over Molly, our English Shepherd. For the past few days she had been squinting with her left eye. Her third eyelid was showing a bit in the corner and you don`t normally see that. No watering, pus, or bloodshot eyes however. I am particularly sensitive to eye issues as my mom and son had eye issues and Taffy, our lab has an auto immune disease which made her body attack her eyes like she didn`t need them! If we had not caught it when we did she would have gone blind. She will be on doxycycline and niacin for the rest of her life but it is controlling it. Well I had Danny take her to our vet`s last night. 100 dollars later we learned there was nothing wrong. But I couldn`t be happier! It was worth the peace of mind. I believe that when they stained her eyes to check for scratches whatever was bothering her washed out and her doctor said that was entirely possible. She is also bad to wash her face and bat at it with her paws like a cat! And her nails had grown a bit long. That is one chore I leave to the vet. I can manage doing Taffy`s but Molly is another story!oi she did come home with trimmed nails.
So today I woke up intending to do the Ways To Use It challenge to use orange on our cards. I even bought some new digi stamps from Prairie Fairy as she had the prettiest flower stamps. It was so beautiful here today I decided to make it a me day. I went in and had a pedicure and manicure. Then I had my hair cut in a new sassy style and colored the prettiest shade of red. I am fortunate as the girls who do my nails and hair are in buildings side by side and only about 5 miles from our home. And its like visiting with old friends! So I had a wonderful day...I hope you did!
And as I know my sister Linda now reads my blog just wanted to say I wish you lived here...I would have treated you to a spa day with me for your birthday! It was yesterday and I won`t say how much older she is than I. HA!!!! HA!!! (I will pay for this remark!)
Will return tomorrow...maybe I can combine challenges. Off to watch a bit more of the Olympics before I head to bed. Night all!! And remember... life has an expiration date so tell those you love that you do!
Hugs!!!

Hi Peeps! Well this is the card I made for the CAS challenge for the Spring DT. I was just happy to be a part of this and was very surprised to learn I made the next round. :-) I was inspired by the slopes so thought of a field of flowers. This Cottage Wall DP has twists and turns as well and that and my poofy flower reminded of the luge. These flowers are so much fun to make! I have been making them for awhile now but usually do much smaller ones. There are many tutorials out there on how to make them but the other day I ran across the best I have seen on Corie`s blog. Check it out here. http://creationsbycorie.blogspot.com/2010/02/puffy-flower-tutorial.html
I am sure you will enjoy her blog as well!! My stamps are from SU and the one I used on the envelope is from PTI. Hope you like my version! Guess I am in Spring mode! As always thanks for peeking! Will be back later tonight with a dog tale. :-) And blog candy will be coming up soon!!
Hi! Roxie gave us a beautiful sketch based on a card by Julie. Thanks to you both! I pulled out an old SU set that I have always been fond of. I aged all my pieces with sponging Memento Cocoa Ink. Just colored in the flowers. Popped up the 2 panels. Added pearls, a bow, and K & Co. Corner treatments given to me by Mothermark. Thanks Cindy! The inside reads An act of kindness is long remembered and I stamped directly on the dp. I hope you like it! Thanks for looking and have a beautiful day!

Tuesday, February 16, 2010

Hi! This is a triple challenge card. It first qualifies for today`s color challenge which was to use Soft Suede, Perfect Plum, Pale Plum. The dessert option was using a critter. And I used Bronte the dog. :-) This is the card I came up with for Teapot Tuesday`s challenge. You need to check that out here.

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/fo...d.php?t=480541

We are going to New Orleans! So Bella and Bronte are coming along. They are throwing confetti and not spaghetti. And Bronte is blowing one of those party favor thingies. To drive everyone crazy at the party! Watch out he will blow that thing right in front of your face! But we are celebrating...so that`s the name of my card! Celebrating You. The darling image is from Mo Manning and was a freebie for her reaching the 1,000 member milestone! Check that out here.

http://digitalpenciltoo.blogspot.com...-party-on.html

The sentiment stamp is from Verve. Which leads me to the 3rd challenge~ MOJO Monday 126 which is a sketch challenge. This was really fun! Many layers. You can read about that here.

http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/

I used Copic Markers to color my image. Cut it out in a nestie and sponged the edges. Hope you like it! Thanks for looking and have a fabulous day!!

Monday, February 15, 2010

Hi! Today`s CAS challenge is to think Spring! So I got out my Serene Spring set. Colored and cut it out with a nestie. Popped it up and put it on a Bazzill Textured CS base. Added the rhinestones and sentiment. The inside leaves and on the envelope are from PTI. Thanks for peeking and have a wonderful day! It is a dreary day here...nice to stay in and stamp! And yes...this is my 2nd card. But wait! I have one more! LOL

I know...this is my 3rd card but I had it done so said to myself why not upload it. Used Serene Spring set again. Cut the butterfly twice and popped it up and my main panel which is on vellum. Colored with Copics. Thanks for peeking!

Hi! Today`s CAS challenge is to thing of Spring! I did this easy peasy Happy Easter card using K & Co. Embossed Stickers popped up on a nestie sponged with Pretty In Pink Ink. The Happy Easter is from Well Scripted using Fabriano paper, my absolute favorite in luxury paper. Thanks for peeking and have a wonderful Monday! I am sure I will be back in the morning with a new card. Night all!!

Sunday, February 14, 2010

Hi! Today`s featured stamper is HamiltonGal! I love her style! She has a fun gallery and she is a genuinely nice person. Well deserved choice today! Congrats and enjoy Laurie!! For my first card I chose this one to case ~

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...;ppuser=147277

I changed mine to a square, changed the colors, the stamps, and left off the ribbon and added 1 candy dot. I also popped my images up on inchie squares and the sentiment on a twinchie square. I must be trying to use the in colors now because I have a thing going using Dusty Durango, Bermuda Bay, and Crushed Curry.
This is a second card I did and this one will be sent to Laurie. This card was just a general case of several cards in her gallery. I hope I captured some of her style. I popped up my embossed panel (using an SU EB folder). I then used the SU Bloom Punch. I punched out 2 flowers from Melon Mambo textured CS. I then crumpled them up until the fibers broke down and I was able to split the paper in 2 and make new layers so it looks like the blooms are shaded. You can then curl the corners up and I used a Say It With Studs center. Very easy to make and lots of fun! I also embossed the envelope. The just because sentiment is from Mixed Messages from PTI. I hope Laurie likes it! Thanks for peeking and have a wonderful day!

Snow Pics from Wilmington, NC

These are pics sent to us from our son and his wife who live in Wilmington, NC which is at the beach! This was a treat to them as they hardly ever get snow. Hope you enjoy these! Hugs!!

Hi! Todays Inspiration Challenge is from Gennine`s Art store. Thanks for filling in Anne! Very nice pieces! It was hard to choose but I went with this one.

http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=6948113

I sketched the piece lightly on watercolor paper and used my Peerless Watercolors. Then I went back and added white dots with a Signo pen. Thanks for the great tip Karen! I then used SU Embosslit Butterfly dies and added pearls. The extra ferns are stamped in using HA stamps and Dusty Durango Ink. Thanks for taking a peek and have a fabulous Saturday. I could not sleep so thought why not do a card. Looks like we may be snowed in for a bit! May be back tomorrow after some sleep with another one. I liked this site!

This Is My Story...

Hi All! Well, I have no card today. I started to make one using PTI`s Everyday Button Bits set using the bicycle but things just kept keeping me from the craft room today. The challenge at SCS was a Limited Supply challenge honoring a President. Well, I have a story about the son and daughter of a President but he had already been killed by the time this took place as far as my memory remembers. We always vacationed at the Cape when I was growing up. My Godmother who I adored had a summer home in Falmouth. Well I usually ended up spending the better part of an entire summer staying with her. One weekend we went cycling in Hyannis and just guess who we went riding with?????? John John Kennedy!!!! And yes the secret service was along. We also frequented the church they attended. I will never forget that...its a memory I hold dear to my heart. And I don`t know if you already know this but the press started this nickname for John Jr. but family members never did call him that. So maybe one day this card will get made. :-)
And a bit more of news...yes it is snowing!! Already have the ground more than covered. Our son who lives in Wilmington, NC (the beach) just called and said it is snowing there! Mother Nature has been dealing us some strange weather patterns this winter!
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Hugs!!

Hi! Today`s Way To Use It challenge was to use odds. I used 3 flowers as my main image and used groupings of 3 pearls on the corners, 1 flower inside, and 3 on the envelope. I used Distress Inks ~ tattered rose for the bg and fired brick for the flowers and sentiment. I sponged tattered rose on it to highlight it. Stamps are from SU ~ Vintage Vogue. Thanks for peeking and have a wonderful day!

Wednesday, February 10, 2010

Hi. This card was done for todays sketch challenge. I did a sympathy card for Shannan Teubner, our fellow stamper here who lost her husband yesterday. My heart goes out to her and her family. I used the SU EB Folder ~ Elegant Bouquet on the envelope and Finial Press on my second layer. I pierced two corners and popped up all my layers and Sweet Pea Flowers. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Tuesday, February 9, 2010

Hi! Todays card is a triple challenge card. Woot! First it is included in the Color Challenge gallery and today`s colors are Chocolate Chip, Dusty Durango, and Sage Shadow. The dessert option was patterned paper which I have used on the inside of my card. Its from the Welcome Neighbor pad from SU. The second challenge is MOJO125 Sketch Challenge which can be found here.

http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/2010/...onday-125.html

I tweaked mine a bit to accomodate my images so I hope the challenge police don`t come after me! The 3rd challenge is for Teapot Tuesday Challenge which can be found here.

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/fo...d.php?t=479656

We are going to France! Well I found out through the grapevine that Pierre the dog is a very distant cousin to Bodacious and he has been invited on the sly to come to the teaparty and celebrate his birthday! Not to mention I needed a guy birthday card. So stretch that imagination and picture it working out! Thanks so much for peeking and have a fabulous day!
I hope to return later but for some reason I am dealing with internet connection issues with my phone company. GRRRR! Seems to happen the same time every day too. So I will try!!  Hugs!!
Hi! I received some happy mail from Benzi (Brenda) today. Just look at this sweetie she did for me! The cutest image and colored beautifully! Layered on dp and textured cs and a triple scallop border. And her wings are sparkly! I just love her Benzi! Thank you so much! And look! Her colors matched the Color Challenge so well I included her in this gallery! I just love her!!

Monday, February 8, 2010

Hi! Today`s CAS challenge was to be inspired by an online site called Candy Crate. I needed another birthday card so got my inspiration from this Birthday Tower that had cupcake cookies.

http://candy-crate.stores.yahoo.net/bicoandcagit.html

It also qualifies for CPS 153 Sketch Challenge brought to us this week by Papertrey.
 http://www.cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/
I used pink shimmer as a base and layered red and a piece of white run through a cb folder. I then stamped and punched out my cupcake twice (from MS) and added Liquid Applique and red stickles for the sprinkles. The sparkle is not showing up in the photo. :-(

I added a bit of gingham ribbon and a couple of candy dots.Added my sentiment from PTI on a word window punch. Easy peasy! Thanks for taking a look and have a wonderful day!

Sunday, February 7, 2010

Hi! Today`s featured stamper is Bar! Congrats to you and thanks to Tammy for filling in today. I had a ball going through her gallery. So much to be inspired by! I finally picked this card to case.

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...;ppuser=177243

I changed the stamps I used, the colors, and did a side border rather than one on the bottom. She used a flower and buttons and I used dew drops. I made this card for my sister and although Mo Manning named this image stepsisters it looks like we did as kids. She is older than me and was always dragging me around with her somewhere! LOL I think she will get a kick out of this. The inside says Smile ~ Happy Birthday Thanks for peeking and have a great evening!
Football is in my forecast very soon!!! I love Super Bowl night and my Boston Pork Roast is just about ready for pulling!! Oh,my! It sure smells heavenly in here! I think the dogs are actually drooling! LOL Didn`t say on SCS but here on my blog its GO SAINTS!!! LOL Since our teams didn`t make it this year thats who we are pulling for.
And yes...I was going to try to get the Flourishes Challenges done but it doesn`t look like that will happen. I did one!! Talk soon! Hugs!!

Hi!Today Steph has sent us to be inspired by the great artist Erté. Our Peggy made the suggestion as she received a card from her niece Aja featuring a beautiful piece by Erté. I must say there were so many choices my card today is a composition inspired by the entire site and was not limited to one specific piece. Although he did have several pieces with roses. Here is a link to the site and the page where some were found

http://www.doubletakeart.com/cgi-bin...0173&pg=24

I stamped, cut out, and popped up my rose lady. Added her to a card embossed with a SU Manhattan Flower EB Folder. Added a thank you rub on and a Say It With Stud jewel. This card will be used for our dil birthday thanking her for being such a wonderful member of our family. And since her last name is Rose I thought this card would be cute for her as she has to dress for work each day. How she walks in her heels I don`t know! lol Thanks for peeking and have a great evening! I will be back later tonight to comment on the wonderful gallery we have today. I need to clean up my craft room and after dinner things. At least I can now say I am loading our dishwasher cause the dishwasher was me for the last 37 years! LOL I never thought I wanted one but now I do I wouldn`t trade it for the world!
Hi! Today Steph has sent us to be inspired by the great artist Erté. Our Peggy made the suggestion as she received a card from her niece Aja featuring a beautiful piece by Erté. I must say there were so many choices my card today is a composition inspired by the entire site and was not limited to one specific piece. My card is pink shimmer and the black accent piece is glittered cs. I have always loved the set of stamps I used today from Pam Bell. My image is stamped on glossy white and popped up. The inside reads ~ Those who wish to sing always find a song This was a fun challenge! Thanks Steph and Peggy! Thanks for taking a peek and have a wonderful day!

Hi! Today`s Way to Use It challenge brought to us by Julia was to do collage. I always think of tags when it comes to this technique so did a trio. You could not only add them to a gift box, bag, or card but I find them to be great bookmarks! Or use it like Julia said she was....just using it as a room decoration. I buy ephemera lots to use for projects like these or for altering. So I cannot be very specific when it comes to listing ingredients and where I got them. Same thing with the stamps as I have bought rubber by the pound and have so many unmounteds that I don`t know their source. Collages can be lots of fun I think! Thanks Julia! Thanks for peeking and have a great day!
We are actually bracing for another round of winter weather. This may even be worse than the 10" of snow as there may be sleet and freezing rain mixed in. That is what creates true havoc with trees falling and power lines going down. It is no fun doing without power. I am the 1st to admit how dependent I am on it. My husband is stopping by the grocery store on his way home from work so I imagine there won`t be a gallon of milk or fresh bread to be had! LOL Those 2 items always go first. Very unusual weather for us. So much of the snow has melted and our yards are just mucky and YUCKY! It is so difficult taking the dogs out. Oh well. It is what it is and me complaining will not change things. So I will bear up and be jovial as my name implies. :-) Talk soon!!

Hi! This is a double challenge card. The 1st challenge is today`s sketch challenge. When I first saw it I got excited because it had so many layers it looked very interesting. And I think it proved to be! Thanks for filling in Korin! The 2nd challenge is for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Anniversary Challenges. I am going to try to do them all...they all look like such fun! This one is hosted by one of my favorite stampers ~ Silke Ledlow. Her challenge is to use Pink! I went for a shabby look on this rose card. I hope you like it! I feel a bit out of my league with these fabulous stampers but decided to join the fun anyway! Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Hi! This is a triple challenge card. The 1st is the color challenge which was to use Crushed Curry, Basic Grey, and Bravo Burgundy. I struggled with these colors today but thats a good thing...to challenge oneself. So this is what I came up with. Thanks Betty! The 2nd challenge is for MOJO Monday Sketch Challenge which can be found here.

And 3rd is for Teapot Tuesday which will make no sense unless you read this.

Do join us! We always have so much fun! I thought this card with the flowers would show Curt if he became a florist his days would be filled with sunshine! Hope it works out for him! To do my card I used the SU cardstock colors and SU DP. I combined a flower from Of the Earth set with a leaf stem from Verve. The sentiment is also from Verve. My white cs is from Bazzill and is textured but it does not show in the photo. Used some punches and added pearls. Using the loop corner punch on one side only was an idea I got from Michelle Joy Wecksler who I so admire!!! A bit different for me today but that too can be good! Thanks for peeking and have a wonderful day!
Miserable cold rainy day here...making a slush of the snow which will probably refreeze tonight. And calling for more winter weather this weekend! YIKES! Talk later!!

Hi Peeps! Wanted to share this daisy bucket bag I made this morning for today`s technique challenge. I think these are so much fun to do! I used a template I already had from Lauren Meader just because I was familiar with it. But Mel at SCS was gracious enough to let us use her pattern and instructions so thank you! Check them out! There are some cute ones in the gallery.
I did this card for today`s CAS challenge which was a sketch provided by kmahany. Thanks to her and Jen! Used Hero Arts bg stamp overstamped with flowers. I did the thumping technique. Added a sentiment from SU called Well Scripted which I am in love with! Added ribbon and rhinestones.
Hope you all have a wonderful Monday! I have already been out in the backyard with the dogs. It is a bit slippery as it iced over last night so we tried to stay in the snow itself. They had a great time!! Talk again soon! Hugs!!
