Double Challenge Card 6/1

Hi! This is a double challenge card. 1st it is for today`s color challenge which was brought to us by Betty. We were to use Close to Cocoa, Barely Banana, and Garden Green with Neutrals of our choice. I used the cherry on top option to use a pale blue and the dessert option to use flourishy gems. You can read about it here.

The 2nd is today`s Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge which can be found here.
MMSC56 Challenge
My Penny Black image was colored with watercolors and cut out with a circle nestie. I added green lace ribbon for my middle panel and 3 jute threads with gemstones. Added tiny gems for the centers of the flowers and gems in the corners and on my main image which is popped up. The inside corners were all punched with a MS Corner Punch. Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day! I keep thinking it is Monday!
Ahoy Sis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE your beautiful flowers, bling and crochet ribbon. I love how you used jute thread for the three strips on the sketch adorned with bling - can't get enough of that!! LOVE your distressing of the panels too. You did a fantastic job. Thanks for playing the Midnight Madness challenge this week and hope you can join us again next week!

  5. SUnflowers are my favorite. I have alsways wanted to plant some at my house and my girls always throw a fit because they dislike them so. Your card has a great country charm feel to it. Great take on the sketch and thanks for joining us this week. Tracy, MMDT
