Inspiration Challenge 8/28

Hi! This is for today`s Inspiration Challenge brought to us by Stephanie. We were to be inspired by a vintage clothing store called ModCloth. Read about it here. IC247 Challenge

What fabulous items this shop has! I finally decided on this dress.

I used a Penny Black image and watercolored it. Added some vintage lace, pearls, and tiny gems to the centers of the flowers. And yes,,,these are the gems Peggy gave me and she has priced them at 50,000. :-) I hope you like it and thanks for looking! Your comments make my day!
