New Blog and Almost Christmas!

So as I sit here thinking of what to say in my first post I have a sense of excitement. So many new things to come in this New Year. With this new blog I hope to share my artwork, photographs, and sometimes just general chit chat on life and what may go on in the Rose household.
I can hardly believe Christmas Eve is tomorrow! Our son, Andrew and his wife, Kristine should be here by tomorrow around dinner time. And I cannot wait! We have such a good time when they come home for a visit. We trade off each year for Thanksgiving and Christmas because we have to share them with Kristine`s family. And while I will miss my mom to the point of feeling like I cannot breathe I will go on and have a happy holiday.I know she is in a better place.Jason, our other son cannot make it this year but has promised us a visit soon in the coming New Year. And so it goes. I hope to take some pictures I can share with all of you during our time together. I hope all of you get to spend time with family and those you love.Maybe tomorrow I will have time to sneak in a challenge card between cleaning up and getting anxious until the kids arrive.Think the bed is calling my name but maybe I will first check the challenges at Splitcoast to see if it has been posted early. Night all!

  3. Congrats Judi for making the decision to start a blog. Your talent is phenomenal so I'm delighted to know you'll be sharing that and tidbits of the Rose family! I had a "Molly" too. She was the greatest of all dogs for sure. We're huge dog lovers too, Judi, so I'll look forward to seeing and hearing about your family members - and that includes your children, too.

Happy New Year's Judi. We're going to have to meet in Greensboro in the new year!

    Hugs, Anne
