I am so glad that the days are already a bit longer - and mostly brighter by the time I finish my card.<br />Wholegrain pasta - my mother tried, but we never liked it. Just drown it in sauce. Is couscous something you shouldn't eat? We have a lot of that - sometimes with a spicy lamb tagine, and sometimes with stir-fried veg and a spicy sauce.
